Lebanon’s Humanitarian Crisis: Urgent Help Needed Lebanon is facing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis, with over 2.5 million people in urgent need of assistance. Amid political instability, economic collapse, and the displacement of refugees, families are struggling to survive. Food, clean water, healthcare, and shelter are in short supply, and the suffering continues to grow. For years, Action for Humanity has been providing life-saving aid to vulnerable families in Lebanon. Now, we urgently need your help to reach even more people who are facing these extreme conditions. Our work includes:Food Security & Livelihoods The economic collapse has left families unable to afford basic food and necessities. Many have lost their livelihoods and struggle to survive. Food Aid: We distribute hot meals, food parcels, and bread to ensure families don’t go hungry. Financial Support: Direct cash assistance to struggling families to help them buy essentials. Livelihood Assistance: Providing small loans and vocational training to help families rebuild their lives. Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) Access to clean water is scarce, and disease outbreaks are common due to unsafe drinking water. Clean Water Access: We provide safe drinking water by distributing water purification systems and drilling wells. Sanitation Solutions: Constructing toilets, handwashing stations, and waste management systems. Hygiene Kits: Distributing hygiene supplies to prevent the spread of disease. Shelter & Non-Food Items (NFIs) Many families are forced to live in overcrowded and unsafe shelters, facing harsh weather conditions. Shelter Support: Providing blankets, mattresses, and hygiene kits to families living in unsafe conditions. Non-Food Items: Ensuring families have the essentials to stay warm and protected. Medical Support Health services are overwhelmed, and many families cannot afford treatment for basic illnesses. Emergency Medical Care: Providing health services, including vaccinations and urgent treatment for injuries and illnesses. Maternal & Child Health: Ensuring vulnerable mothers and children receive proper care. Our Work on the Ground: Helping Lebanon Rebuild Action for Humanity is on the ground, providing life-saving relief to vulnerable families.
